萨斯卡通东北 Aspen Ridge 的开发

Aspen Ridge is the next neighbourhood to be developed in the University Heights Sector.  The neighourhood area is located on 636.05 acres (257.4 hectares) in Saskatoon's northeast.
The neighbourhood is bound by the proposed provicial perimeter highway to the northeast, by the North East Swale to the northwest, by University of Saskatchewan agricultural lands to the south and by the Evergreen neighbourhood to the southwest.
It is being designed to be an attractive walkable neighbourhood with a variety of housing choices with convenient access to schools, services, recreation, and transit.  During the design of this neighbourhood, in addition to the land within the neighbourhood boundary, consideration was also given to the neighbourhood’s integration with the North East Swale and the Evergreen Neighbourhood. This integration will provide convenient access to neighbourhood service and amenities.
The draft neighbourhood concept plan was presented at a public open house on Wednesday, March 6 at the Sutherland Hall.
The draft Land Use Plan and information on various features of the neighbourhood are included in the Neighbourhood Resources on the right.
